| Brief | About the Company: Our client is a leading European regulatory compliance consulting firm with headquarters in Europe and a key regional office in Istanbul. They provide strategic guidance to global chemical and cosmetic companies, ensuring compliance with complex European (REACH, EU Cosmetics) and Turkish (KKDIK, SEVESO, SEA) regulations. As the team in Istanbul continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Regulatory Consultant to lead complex projects and manage high-level client relationships. The Role: In this senior-level position, you will not only manage technical documentation and regulatory filings but also act as a credible advisor to international clients. You will play a pivotal role in navigating the regulatory landscape of both the EU and Turkey. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert advice on REACH, KKDIK, SEA, and other relevant chemical/cosmetic regulations. - Oversee and manage full-cycle regulatory projects, ensuring all technical dossiers and reports meet stringent legal standards. - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering presentations and persuading stakeholders through technical knowledge and credibility. - Prepare and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS), technical dossiers, and regulatory submissions. - Contribute to the development of junior team members and support the company’s overall growth strategy. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs,consulting or chemical compliance functions within the chemical/allied industries. - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or a related technical discipline. - Professional fluency in English and Turkish (both written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will be communicating with global stakeholders. - Possession of a KDU / TR SDS certificate (A significant plus) Location: European Side of Istanbul |
