Our client is a well-established and growing player in the chemical industry, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality chemical solutions for global markets. They are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join their export team and streamline their global sales operations.

The Role:
As an Export Sales Operation Specialist; you will be the vital link between the sales, procurement, clients. You will not only manage the technicalities of export documentation but also act as a key point of contact for global clients, ensuring a seamless journey from order placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all export sales operation processes, including order entry, tracking, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage all necessary export dökümantasyon (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Act as the primary operational contact for international customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in export operations, sales support, or customer service—ideally within the chemical or manufacturing sectors.
- Professional fluency in English is a must. You should be comfortable conducting business meetings and handling technical correspondence in English.
