Job Description:
- The responsibility area will be Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience Management (CEM), Marketing Research and Consumer Loyalty Management. CRM experience is a must
- The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills including coaching and development
- Conducting analysis to establish the connection between business types and customer behaviors and identifying customer behavior sets
- Establishing the data sets to flow into the CRM tool
- Conducting analysis for new customer acquisition, customer loyalty, customer win-back and profitability increase
- Arranging customer loyalty campaigns
- Revising existing workflow processes, identifying customer experience improvement areas and planning actions
- Establishing customer process for new business branches
- Making regular studies for customer satisfaction, mystery shopper research, brand love and perception, preparing reports and creating action plans according to the results
- Making the selection for the 3rd party CRM infrastructure installation and Marketing Research companies, and their relationship management
- Preparing regular dashboards for decision making
- Identifying Research methods and needs, Agency management
- Taking actions for the transformation of the interaction into experience at the interaction points with the customer before, during and after sales, developing actions to applications to extend these actions to all business units of the company


- University degree at least with Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- 10 years of total work experience preferably in telecommunications, banking, operational leasing, insurance, FMCG, consulting sectors
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, SAS, Microsoft BI
- Good presentation, leadership and organization skills
- Strong organizational and effective managerial skills
- Result & Customer & Detail oriented
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels both written and orally
- Have excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities
- Excellent time management and process improvement skills
- Be able to coordinate with other departments.
- Experience of setting, monitoring and achieving KPIs
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Having B Class driving license
