AçıklamaWe are looking for a Sales Manager for our client, a globally recognized leader in innovative HVAC solutions and high-quality products, operating in over 80 countries worldwide!

Main Duties
- Focus on contracting business in Türkiye and Central Asia, maintain and grow existing repeat business through outstanding service, relationship building, product knowledge, and application knowledge.
- Leading team members (selection, training, management, remuneration and dismissal).
- Agree individual objectives with subordinates.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team every 6 months.
- Make sure that the local strategy in line with the marketing and sales strategy of Europe.
- Make plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and drive new business utilizing “pull-through” sales efforts with End-Users, Consulting Engineers and other non-purchasing accounts for the purpose of creating specifications and demand for the products.
- Demonstrate a value-added approach to the sales/support cycle by utilizing market knowledge and
planning tools.
- Develop a proactive response to customer needs and business priorities utilizing firm resources
and operating in a time efficient and organized manner.
- Become a trusted advisor and solution provider to our customers by demonstrating knowledge of
products, product applications and systems including valves, actuators, dampers, sensors, retrofits,
mechanical systems, control systems.
- Effectively utilize sales tools including CRM, SAP, etc.
- Work on special committees and projects as needed.
- Determine customer credit limits and ensure follow-up of receivables.

Requirements
- University graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Control Engineering
- Minimum 13-15 years sales experience in the HVAC market, BMS knowledge a must
- Successfully managed 5-6 people for at least 5 years
- Strategic thinking in a medium to long term time span
- Effective communicator and strong presentation skills
- Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong work ethic, responsible, self-accountability
- Customer-focused, reliable, flexible and cooperative
- Ability to work well within a team as well as on own
- Very good command of both written and spoken English
- No restrictions to travel and active driver
